What makes me unique
is my ability to combine my extensive and varied background in the arts, humanistic psychology, organization
development , coaching and educational design. I use a discovery model--whether I am working with an individual,
a team or a training group--in which I usually provide learning experiences that produce insight and results in
ways that have not been experienced before by the client.

Partly, this has to do with who I am.
I have never been afraid of being a presenter, a public speaker, a performer, a leader, a risk taker;
it is exciting and fun for me. My personality is outgoing, I tend to see the humor in most
situations. I am highly tuned in to both process and results; I am both visionary and practical.
I am both straightforward and compassionate. I tend to enjoy informal settings and ways of relating
and have little patience for affectation, unreliability, dishonesty or passivity.

My life purpose is to become as conscious as possible, to learn to
give and receive love, and to learn to value everything that life has to offer
My purpose for my business, PeopleSystems Potential, is to support the fulfillment of human
potential in myself and clients by joyfully applying all of my skills and experience in as many venues and
ways as possible.
My interests include music (singing, guitar and piano), theatre and cinema,
writing, fine arts, dance, travel, reading, cooking, humanistic psychology and philosophy.
My goal is to attract potential clients/friends/colleagues who can benefit
by what I have to offer and want to help me offer it more broadly and/or see the possibilities for
collaborating or receiving value from my services.
Summary of work experience
I have been working in the field of human potential for over thirty years. My work has always felt like
a joy to me. I was fortunate to find a match between my abilities and opportunities early in life. The
forms it has taken have been nontraditional and unconventional-- from being on the faculty of a collaborative
human resource and consulting/counseling organization for twelve years where we worked with
a wide variety of business and non-profit clients, offered graduate courses, had a
clinical practice and did community development work--to having my own business since 1982. I have never
looked for a job but have built opportunities through
relationship, referral and doing what I love. Being an independent has enabled me to work with
unusual groups such as social change agents and persons challenged by gender identity issues. My
main current interest is training those who work with people in any capacity to do it more creatively
and expressively.
